La Maison du Lys is a registered trademark of THE FRENCH TOUCH TRADING LLC.

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام العامة للبيع (المشار إليها فيما يلي بـ “الشروط والأحكام”) المبيعات عبر الإنترنت التي تتم من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني www.lamaisondulys.com، والمملوك والمشغَّل من قبل شركة THE FRENCH TOUCH TRADING LLC، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجَّلة وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويقع مكتبها في مكتب 601، برج راغ، البرشاء الأولى، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ‘La Maison du Lys’ هي علامة تجارية مسجَّلة لشركة THE FRENCH TOUCH TRADING LLC.

These T&Cs apply to all online sales of luxury kitchenware, cookware, furniture, gifting and home decoration products offered on www.lamaisondulys.com (the “Website”). Products displayed on the Website are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. Orders are placed exclusively online via the Website. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of applicable VAT (if any). Payments are accepted via secure online payment gateways powered by STRIPE. 6. Delivery	6. التسليم
Delivery is available within the UAE and internationally, subject to applicable shipping fees. Estimated delivery timelines are indicated at checkout but may vary due to logistics. The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.	يتوفر التسليم داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة ودوليًا، مع رسوم شحن إضافية. يتم عرض المواعيد التقديرية للتسليم عند الدفع، ولكن قد تختلف بسبب الظروف اللوجستية. لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن التأخير خارج عن سيطرتها المعقولة.

 

7. Returns and Refunds	7. الإرجاع والاسترداد
In compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, customers may return products within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or not as described. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Certain items such as custom-made or perishable goods are non-returnable.	وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات، يحق للعملاء إرجاع المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم في حال كانت معيبة أو تالفة أو غير مطابقة للوصف. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وفي عبوتها الأصلية، ومرفقة بإثبات الشراء. تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. بعض المنتجات مثل المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو القابلة للتلف غير قابلة للإرجاع.

8. Warranties	8. الضمانات
All products are guaranteed authentic. Certain products may carry manufacturer warranties. The Company disclaims all other warranties except those mandated under UAE law.	جميع المنتجات مضمونة بأنها أصلية. قد تأتي بعض المنتجات مع ضمانات من الشركة المصنعة. الشركة تنفي أي ضمانات أخرى باستثناء تلك التي يفرضها القانون الإماراتي.

La Maison du Lys or Maison du Lys is a registered trademark of THE FRENCH TOUCH TRADING LLC. All content on the Website (logos, text, images, product designs) is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.	‘La Maison du Lys’ أو ‘Maison du Lys’ هي علامة تجارية مسجَّلة لشركة THE FRENCH TOUCH TRADING LLC. جميع المحتويات على الموقع (الشعارات، النصوص، الصور، تصاميم المنتجات) محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. يُحظر تمامًا إعادة الإنتاج أو الاستخدام غير المصرح به.

 

10. Limitation of Liability	10. تحديد المسؤولية
The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any damages arising from improper use of the products. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.	لن تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة، أو فقدان الأرباح، أو الأضرار الناجمة عن الاستخدام غير السليم للمنتجات. تقتصر المسؤولية على المبلغ المدفوع مقابل الطلب المعني فقط.

 

11. Privacy and Data Protection	11. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات
Customer personal data collected for order processing is treated confidentially and in compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
