Do not place the handle in the dishwasher, oven, or microwave.
Do not place the handle on direct heat, as this may damage the product.
Rinse with room-temperature water and do not leave it soaking for long periods.
The universal detachable handle has been designed for maximum efficiency while remaining easy to use. It fits most cookware* (the edge of the cookware must conform to the diagram below), including saucepans, frying pans, sauté pans, oven dishes, etc., whether they are made of steel, aluminum, glass, or porcelain. It is compatible with most containers, with or without rims or lips.
The rear adjustment screw allows it to accommodate cookware approximately 0.5 mm to 4 mm thick. For easier installation depending on the chosen cookware, loosen the rear adjustment screw. Place the handle on the utensil, tighten the screw without overdoing it while keeping the lever in the “closed” position. This setting will then be suitable for future use with the same utensil.

As with any detachable tool, always ensure that the attachment is secure before lifting or moving a full and/or hot utensil. The locking mechanism should operate smoothly, without excessive tightening, which could make reopening difficult. Do not hesitate to use a second handle for heavy loads. This handle has a maximum weight capacity of 10 kg.
When you wish to remove the handle from the utensil, press the central button, taking care not to place fingers on the lever. At this point, the handle should only be held by its sides, pinched between the thumb and opposite fingers. Any pressure on the lever will prevent it from opening.
